What a plan’s limits mean
Team members are the people who can sign in. Contacts are the customers saved in your workspace. Campaign recipients are counted per day.
Shared or dedicated
Trial and Starter run on our shared service: your data is separated from other businesses inside it. Dedicated Pro gives your business its own database and its own running copy of the product, on your own web address.
Changing plan
Moving from Trial to Starter keeps your conversations and contacts exactly as they are. Moving to Dedicated Pro is a migration to your own installation, which we plan with you.
