1. The service
HelpDesk is a web application that lets a business receive and send WhatsApp messages as a team. It connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates ("Meta"). We provide the application; Meta provides WhatsApp. We are not Meta, and we do not control WhatsApp.
2. Your account
- You must be authorised to act for the business you sign up, and the details you give must be accurate.
- The person who creates the workspace is its owner and decides who else may sign in and what they may do.
- Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if you believe someone has used your workspace without permission.
3. Your WhatsApp Business account
To use the service you connect a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number through Meta’s sign-up window. That account is yours, and it is subject to Meta’s own terms, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. By connecting it you allow us to send and receive messages, manage message templates and read the account’s status on your behalf, only in order to provide the service.
Meta decides whether to approve a business, a display name or a template, sets messaging limits and quality ratings, and may restrict or close an account. We have no say in those decisions.
4. Fees
- The trial is free for 14 days. After it, continued use needs a paid plan. The plans are described on the pricing page; the price of yours is the one we agree with you when you subscribe.
- Fees are charged in advance for each period and are not refunded for a part period.
- Meta’s message charges are not included. Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages. You pay those to Meta directly, with the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account.
- Prices do not include taxes that apply to you.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Acceptable use
The service sends WhatsApp messages for many businesses. Misuse by one can harm the others. These rules keep it working for everyone:
- Only message people who asked to hear from you. Send marketing or campaign messages only to people who have clearly agreed to receive them from your business on WhatsApp. Do not use bought, rented or scraped contact lists.
- Follow WhatsApp’s own rules. Your use of WhatsApp through the service is also governed by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s Commerce Policy. If they do not allow something, neither do we.
- Let people stop. When someone asks to stop receiving messages, stop. Contacts who opt out are excluded from campaigns automatically; do not add them back without a new, clear request from them.
- No spam, deception or harm. No unsolicited bulk messaging, no impersonating another person or business, no misleading offers, and nothing illegal, threatening, hateful or fraudulent.
- Use real business details. Sign up with accurate information about your business and keep it current. One person or business may not open several workspaces to get around a limit or a suspension.
- Keep your account secure. You are responsible for what your team does in your workspace. Give each person their own sign-in and remove people who leave.
You also agree not to:
- try to reach another business’s data, or test the service’s security without our written permission;
- overload the service, or use it through automated means we have not agreed to;
- resell the service or offer it to others as your own, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
6. What we do when the rules are broken
We watch each number’s quality rating and how often customers block a business. If a number’s quality turns red, if Meta restricts an account, or if many customers block a business in a short time, that business’s campaigns are paused automatically. Its inbox keeps working, so customers who write in can still be answered. Campaigns start again only after our team has reviewed the account. Serious or repeated misuse can lead to suspension or closure of the workspace.
7. Your data
- Your conversations, contacts and files are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you, as the privacy policy describes.
- You are responsible for having the right to hold your customers’ details and to message them, and for answering their requests about their data.
- How to close a workspace and have its data deleted is on the data deletion page.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and to fix faults quickly, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, faults, and failures at Meta or at our suppliers can make it unavailable for a time. We may add, change or remove features; if a change takes away something important that you pay for, we will tell you beforehand.
9. Suspension and ending
- You may stop using the service at any time by asking us to close your workspace.
- We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts other customers at risk, or has unpaid fees. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first and give you the chance to put it right.
- After a workspace is closed we keep its data for 30 days, during which the owner can ask for it to be restored, and then delete it.
10. Our responsibility to you
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, revenue or data, or for anything caused by Meta, WhatsApp or another third party. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell workspace owners before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
